Alice Zero (Alice Pandemic Book 1) by Joshua Pantalleresco

5/5 stars

Alice Zero was a fun and somewhat dark short story following Alice. I loved the imagery and the flow of the short story. Really it was more of a poem than a story. I enjoyed it immensely and snagged the second book immediately after finishing it. It was moving and an excellent mash up and retelling of Alice in Wonderland. The whole stuck in an asylum and not knowing who she was, caught my interest right away. It sucked me in. I highly recommend it.

This is the first book I’ve read by this author and I was impressed with its creative structure and how vibrant the story was. Great read and I cannot wait to continue the series.
